Specification of moulding products
Size
The moulding size can be customized, the width, length and thickness can be any size if you tell your size requirements. The width can be from 1 to 10”, the thickness can be from 3/8 to 2-3/4”.
Material
We can offer the moulding products with MDF and wood raw material, there any many choices of the wood species, the pine, oak, walnut, beech, fir are common wood species.
Surface
The white primed surface,laminated surface and veneered surface are ok for us. The white primed surface finish is more popular, because the clients can DIY the color on the surface.
Density
Regarding the fiber board moulding, there the HDF moulding, MDF moulding and LDF moulding products, they have different density. The density of our MDF moulding is around 580kg/m3
