The density can be customized easily in our factory since we are the factory whose produce the raw board by ourselves, give your more options for different using of the moulding in your places.
LDF material allow you can make the moulding with longer size and also allow you can loading the container with more quantity, low the shipping cost for you and making your installation more easier. The density now we are using is around 580kg/CBM, this is the lowest weight that we do for the raw material, the finished moulding do have much lower density, around 300-400 KG/CBM depend on the different designs of the mouldings.
