The width of our machine is 8 foot, it means the insulated particle board can be mostly produced with 2550mm, the length of the board can be produced to any sizes, from 900mm to 6000mm are all available since our contentiously production machines.
Most of factory are doing thick board, the thinnest thickness is 12mm, but we can produce 7mm hmr particle board for you as your requested since the advanced of our machines, the range of the board is from 7mm to 35mm.
High gloss particle board which with uv painting, white or wood grain paper lamination are both available that you can buy from us, we are very professional factory that can support you with different products from us.
White melamine particle board are normally used for furniture, for packing board are raw without any treatment and the grade of the board is low, recycled materials will be chosen for these packing board for lower prices support, or the material of the board need to choose high grade.
There are different glue for different products, particle board 19mm or any other thickness are all can produces with E1 glue or E0 Glue, the prices of these different glue do have litter difference, they are all according to the usages of the board.
3 4 particle board 4×8 is the most common product in the market and also in our factory, you can buy stocks from us with any quantity for the most of time, but you can buy 5×8, 6×8,7×8,8×9 or any other sizes board from us.
If you buy a special size or thickness hmr melamine particle board, the MOQ of the board need to be more than 200 cubic meters, or we can not produce these product for you since the quick production of our machines.
