The plywood size can be customized,2400 x 1200 plywood is the common board size. The glue will influence the health, especially for the interior use board. The E1, EO and zero formaldehyde board are all ok for us. If the board is for the outside use, such as the 3 8 marine plywood and other 3 8 exterior plywood, the requirement of the glue will be not so strict.

We have some standard board samples available, such as 5/8” 4×8 plywood. If you need these sizes, we can arrange to send the existing samples directly to you, and the samples are free of charge — you only need to cover a small courier fee. These samples can serve as quality reference samples for you.
If customers have specific requirements for the samples, such as special surface treatments or non-standard thicknesses, the samples will need to be customized. Customized samples require a fee, but if an order is placed later, we will refund the sample cost.
